At GENESIS BIO LABS, we are committed to providing fast and efficient service, processing and shipping orders five days a week (excluding weekends and national holidays). Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. Be sure to check your inbox, including spam and promotion folders, for this information. To monitor your order's progress, simply click the tracking link in the email. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If a customer initiates a chargeback without prior approval from GENESISBIO LABS, their information will be forwarded to a collections agency for further action.

Yes we can have packages shipped to PO Boxes.

You will be required to sign for any packages sent with a total value of $500 or more.

If you are wanting to make changes to a current order that has been submitted for processing with us, please contact our support team at support@genesisbiolabs.net. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made. If you provided us with an incorrect address and the order has already shipped, the customer bears all liability for lost packages.

All liquid research products come with a 1ml dropper which is part of the screw on cap of the bottle of all liquid research products.

Most of our research liquids should be stored at room temperature away from sun or heat sources. RU-58841 should be stored in a refrigerator. All Research Peptides should be stored in a refrigerator once they are reconstituted.

To maintain the highest quality of your research products, we recommend that you use them for research no longer than 2 years after you purchased them.
